Overseeing the Queensland and Western Australia operations, Jason Holt (Holty) is passionate about driving culture. Determined to provide the best people, services and specialist equipment across Australasia and the Pacific, Holty uses his background as a Mechanical Fitter and Turner to provide expertise on shutdowns and can often be seen catching up with his staff on night shift – never afraid to get the boots dirty.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and going motorbike riding, waterskiing and camping.

An accountant, Jason Smith (Smithy) takes care of the financials for the group and manages new tenders and contracts.

Smithy is passionate about giving back to the community, which is why FMS Group proudly sponsor many local sporting and community groups.

In his spare time, Jason often takes the boat out and enjoys the Whitsundays with his partner and children.

Overseeing the group’s strategic direction, Scott McDermott (Scotty) is passionate about creating relationships with his team.

Scotty strives to constantly improve and expand on the company’s offerings, seeking out new opportunities and focusing on growing the FMS footprint.

Originally from the Snowy Mountains, Scotty has lived in Mackay for 17 years and is a dad to one son. He enjoys fishing and enjoying a relaxing beer with friends and his partner on the weekend.
