Shovel Carbody overhaul on a P&H4100XPC

The FMS Group Projects team successfully completed a major overhaul of this P&H4100XPC Shovel Carbody for our valued client in the Bowen Basin.
Field Mining Services Workshop and Machining Divisions together completed the major elements of the scope of work including:
– 25m of external and internal crack repairs
– Replace Lower Roller Path – including machining of surface
– Replace Centre Gudgeon – including machining of main bore
– Install Rail, Rack, Roller and Wiper Assembly
– Dowel hole machining
– Fresh paint
Excellent work by the two teams to finish the job on budget, on time and incident free.
